Amitabh Bachchan buys a Bungalow for 31 Crore & Ajay Devgan buys one for 60 Crore

The economic slowdown and pandemic have not stopped the bollywood celebrities from investing in Plush Properties.


Amitabh Bachchan buys duplex in Andheri for Rs. 31 Crore & Ajay Devgan has purchased a bungalow in Juhu for Rs. 60 Crore.

Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor & Hrithik Roshan has also purchased the luxurious properties.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan’s duplex has 2 Floors in the building measuring 5000 Sq. Feet. Bachchan’s duplex have 6 Car Parking.

Actor Ajay Devgan’s new bungalow is not far from his existing bungalow  ‘Shakti’ situated in Kapole Co-operative Housing Society Ltd at Juhu and new bungalow is spread across 590 sq. yards.  

Crystal Pride Developers started construction of their new project names “Atlantis” situated in Andheri, West Mumbai and the actor Amitabh Bachchan showed his interest for the property.

Representative of Ajay Devgan & Kajole confirmed that the couple were looking for a new home for the past one year.  Other celebrities such as Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan & Dharmendra have also purchased properties in the same area.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan got the property registered in April and paid the Stamp Duty of Rs. 62 Lakhs. This Property will be counted as 5th Property of Bachchan’s.


Deal took place last year and the Kapole Co-Operative Housing Society transferred the Bungalow in the Joint names of Veena Virendra Devgan and Ajay Devgan.

The bungalow was previously owned by late Pushpa Valia. According to the Real estate sources  market price of the bungalow is  approximately Rs 65 to 70 Crores, but due to the  epidemic, the actor may have bought it at a discounted rate.

RERA SHOULD BE ABOLISHED - SUPREME COURT

  CA Ramesh Agrawal On 12 th February 2026, the Supreme Court expressed serious dissatisfaction with the functioning of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), indicating that the institution, should be abolished in its current form. In this regard please note: - The Hon. Supreme Court strongly criticized the current functioning & working of RERA and observed that RERA should be abolished in its existing form & there is a need to rethink the role being played by it.
